RiskAtoms is free to use. These terms explain what is ours, what you may do with it and what we ask in return. Last updated 1 November 2026.

Who owns the content

Everything on RiskAtoms is © 2026 RiskAtoms, all rights reserved. That includes the Academy's lessons, Math Atoms, lab tests, exams, interactive elements, diagrams, animations and videos; the calculators, risk engine and valuation models; the methodology notes; the software and the site's design; and the RiskAtoms and RiskAtoms Academy names and logos.

Some of this material was produced with the help of AI tools, under our direction. The choice, arrangement, editing and presentation of all of it, the course structure, the human-written text and the brand are original work of RiskAtoms and are protected as such.

What you may do

  • Use the site, its tools and its courses for your own learning and your own work.
  • Use the results the tools give you in your own analysis, reports and decisions.
  • Quote short passages, or share a link, as long as you name RiskAtoms as the source and link back to the page.

What you may not do without our written permission

  • Copy, republish, sell or distribute the Academy's lessons, interactive elements or videos, in whole or in substantial part, including in your own courses or training material.
  • Collect the site's content or results in bulk with scripts, crawlers or other automated tools, or call its API from anything other than the site itself.
  • Use the content to train or improve machine learning or AI models.
  • Copy, decompile or reverse engineer the site's software, or build a competing service from it.
  • Use the RiskAtoms or RiskAtoms Academy names or logos in a way that suggests we endorse you.

Fair use of the service

To keep the service fast and free for everyone, we limit how many requests one visitor can make in a short time. Normal use stays well within the limits. If you reach them, wait a minute and try again.

Not advice, and no guarantee

RiskAtoms is for education and analysis. Nothing on it is investment, legal, accounting or regulatory advice. We work hard to make the numbers right and the methods transparent, but the site is provided as it is, with no warranty that it is error free or always available. Check results against your own systems before you rely on them. To the extent the law allows, RiskAtoms is not liable for losses that come from using the site.

Your data

Portfolio and market data you upload is used only to compute your results. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across other sites.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site grows. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
